• To report a crime or request law enforcement assistance, please contact the UNT Police Department at 940-565-3000.
• To report a maintenance issue, please contact UNT Work Control by phone or email: 940-565-2700, work.control@unt.edu. 

Note: Reports and emails are monitored only during normal operating hours, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The AskRMS email account is not monitored outside of normal operating hours, during holidays, or during unplanned university closures. The Work Control phone number is monitored 24/7/365.
