The Public Health Program in Risk Management Services at UNT is responsible for maintaining and implementing programs that protect and enhance the health and safety of students, faculty, staff, and visitors at UNT. This section specializes in food safety and infectious disease preparedness. The Public Health staff is committed to ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations and standards.

Public Health collaborates with local and state governmental agencies as well as multiple UNT departments.
