Indoor air quality can affect comfort and health in the spaces where we work, learn, and live. Conditions may be influenced by seasonal outdoor pollen and indoor sources such as dust, adhesives, paint, moisture, mold, and off-gassing from new materials or furnishings.

Report an Indoor Air Quality or Mold Concern

Risk Management Services responds to indoor air quality and mold concerns and coordinates next steps with UNT Facilities and Housing. To report a concern, submit an Indoor Air Quality / Mold Report Form.

Construction and Renovation Notices

Construction and renovation notices must be posted before work begins. Risk Management Services works with project managers to develop mitigation plans for construction and renovation activities that may affect indoor air quality.

To support compliance with state requirements, submit an Indoor Air Quality Construction / Renovation Notice at least 7 days before work begins.
