Emergency Procedures

Program must establish procedures to ensure proper response in case of emergency, procedures must include, but not limited to:

List of program emergency contacts, these made available to all personnel and volunteers during the program/activity.
Inclement weather procedures should be communicated to program personnel - the UNT Safety coordinator program can assist with establishing emergency procedures and communication channels.
Medical procedures and safety precautions - refer to Emergency Guidelines, Event Safety, Fire Safety, under Emergency Preparedness for additional information and/or guidance on establishing medical procedures for your program. A variety of training courses are available, including CPR and STOP THE BLEED, refer to the Emergency Management and Safety Services training topics.
